We meet live 2x a month, virtually for 90 mins. Session 1 is devoted to your own healing and alignment, and Session 2 is devoted to your spiritual business & offerings. Includes private telegram group.

How does it work?

Session 1

These healing circles will be intuitively guided & channeled sessions based on the group’s needs. It may include gentle movement, writing, reflecting, conscious breathing, energy work, meditating & sharing.

These circles will focus on your spiritual business, offerings & creations. It may include vision building, goal setting, accountability checks, strategic support via hot seat coaching, sharing circles & the likes.

How will this support you?

Being a sensitive energetic being and also creating a business in the healing space, is not for the faint of hearts.

I am creating Held Healers so you do not have to do this alone.

I see all of us lightworkers as fractals of the same greater web of light & divine love. We are on the same team and it’s part of my soul’s mission and vision to create communities that are truly rooted in the 5D feminine frequency and energetics.

The business sessions are where you can receive strategic support, tap into your creative juices, build your aligned visions, set intentions & goals, receive accountability support and activate your leadership.

As a Healer, you are always pouring into others, this is where you get to pour into you.

Why am I creating this space?

Because we all need & deserve a support system.

When I left my corporate career in May 2022 and fully transitioned into creating, launching and growing my spiritual business & community - from scratch, I had no idea what was coming.

I followed my soul’s calling and trusted the process, but wow, looking back on it now (2.5 years later) I can honestly say it was the most challenging and soul expanding time of my life.

I felt completely alone, isolated and fell into a very dark depression.

It quickly revealed my shadows, insecurities, resistance, and limiting beliefs that I had to face.

Choosing to be an entrepreneur is choosing the rapid personal development and soul growth path.

It is undoubtedly a deep sacred initiation and it brings up a lot!

I went through months of clearing out years worth of unprocessed anxiety, scarcity, lack, anger and sadness.

I had to unpack my fears of being judged, rejected, abandoned and seen for coming out of the spiritual closet and doing this work publicly.

All while moving through most of this on my own.

I had moments where I invested in a coach/mentor/healer but I wasn’t in a financial position to hire someone long term, especially in the beginning when I had zero income coming in and debt growing by the day.

So here we are, almost 3 years later and I am now birthing a space & community

So you don’t have to struggle the way I did.

Here’s a glimpse of my business path so far:

Ever since I was a little girl I was very business oriented, a planner and strategic thinker.

After graduating college, I co-created a dog walking service, managed a touring band, co-founded a small music record label, and worked a full-time B2B business development role on Wall Street.

I then spent 7 years leading the growth of a B2B event marketing agency from $850K to $3.5M at its peak.

I was confident in my strengths of planning, organization, strategy, business development and leadership.

When I was finally ready to step into my soul’s calling, I had the experience and proof of growing multiple businesses, and this was foundational for me to be able to pivot in this way.

It was the biggest life-changing decision I made. I walked away from a 6 figure salary, 401K, health insurance - all of it, to build my soul business from the ground up.

Right away I put my efforts and focus into organizing & guiding in-person reiki, sound and breathwork journeys at studios across NYC and New Jersey. I wanted to be face-to-face with people, guiding them, while also growing my name & new network.

I launched my 1-1 in-person work, attending clients at their homes and receiving clients at my own home in NJ. I also launched my 1-1 online offering now called Soul Space and truly learned through trial-and-error.

I also spent some time working with corporate brands as a breathwork & meditation guide for their teams.

In 2024, I launched my podcast, Soul Space by Steph, made the decision to go deeper into the online space to expand my reach, and to grow my in-person community locally at Flor da Vida: The Womb Spa in Verona, NJ.

I started to host monthly in-person women’s circles and deeper journeys & ceremonies at Flor da Vida. By the summer, I had the inspiration to bring women together for free goddess nature walks in the forest of New Jersey.

While all of that was happening live, I created and hosted my 3-month private group program, online, called Journey Deep Within — which I plan to open up again Fall 2025. I also began seeing clients in-person for hands-on womb alchemy healing sessions at Flor da Vida.

My business has grown from $0 to high 5-figures, and I desire to expand into 6-figures — with the most ease, alignment and flow.

Now stepping into 2025, I am so excited to be co-hosting a women’s healing retreat in Arenal, Costa Rica at the end of January and will also be co-hosting a women’s healing retreat in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala in June 2025, which we are going to announce very soon.

The truth is, it was all a DIY experiment at first. I had to figure out what worked, and what didn’t which allowed me to tweak, pivot and create even more clarity around my soul purpose work, clients & community.

Today it is very clear that my next step is to support emerging healers on a similar path as mine, so they may rise into their power, voices, gifts, truth and soul businesses — all while embracing, nurturing and embodying their divine masculine AND feminine energy.

Yes! This container is for early stage intuitive spiritual entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, meaning you are actively starting and growing your business, brand and offerings. You are/desire to be in the energy of building, executing and planting seeds.
This container will be a true co-creation in that I will be reviewing your application answers to understand where you are in your journey — both for your inner & outer worlds.
Along the way, I will be intuitively guiding & channeling what is of most support for the group.
